What about bigger medical procedures? 

We can’t perform hands-on procedures through a screen (not yet anyway). 
 

When additional care is needed from outside providers, our Guardians negotiate discounted cash prices. This gives you access to the highest quality care at the best possible price. Which means no networks, so you aren’t limited to who you can work with. If the provider accepts cash payments, we can work with them to negotiate a discounted rate on your behalf.
